EncoreSpot sells digital subscription access to Pro features for creating and publishing electronic press kits. Paid access is delivered immediately after successful checkout and payment confirmation.
If you are not satisfied with Pro, you may request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal. Refunds are generally available when the service has not been materially used after the charge, or when there is a billing error, duplicate charge, or technical issue that prevents reasonable use of the paid features.
We may decline refund requests made after the 30-day window, requests involving misuse or policy violations, or requests where substantial Pro usage has occurred, such as publishing and actively using a public EPK for promotional outreach during the paid period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges. Unless a refund is approved, Pro access remains available until the end of the current billing period.
Email support@encorespot.com with the email address used at checkout, the charge date, the plan purchased, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Paddle. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
