1. Who We Are

EncoreSpot provides an online EPK builder and hosting service for musicians and artist teams. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@encorespot.com.

2. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, profile picture, provider account ID, and session information from your Google sign-in. When you build an EPK, we store the profile details, images, music links, video links, social links, press quotes, highlights, and settings you provide.

If you subscribe to Pro, Paddle processes your checkout and billing information. We receive limited billing metadata from Paddle, such as customer ID, subscription ID, subscription status, billing period, and the email address associated with the transaction. We do not store full card numbers or payment credentials.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide accounts, save and publish EPK pages, enforce plan limits, process subscription status, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, improve the product, and comply with legal or tax-related obligations.

4. EPK Analytics

When someone views a published EPK, we may collect anonymous analytics such as referrer domain, sections viewed, approximate time on page, and total views. We use this information to show aggregate performance insights to Pro users and to protect the service from abuse.

5. Cookies and Authentication

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session security, checkout flow continuity, preferences, and basic product analytics. You can control cookies through your browser, but some features may not work without authentication cookies.

6. Service Providers

We use service providers to operate the product, including Cloudflare for hosting, database, and file storage; Google for authentication; Paddle for checkout, billing, tax, and payment support; and analytics providers when configured. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.

7. Data Retention

We retain account and EPK data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Billing records may be retained as required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting support.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information. To make a request, email support@encorespot.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

9. International Users

EncoreSpot may process information in countries other than where you live. By using the service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No internet service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
