Is EncoreSpot really free?
Yes. The Free plan lets you create and preview your entire EPK — bio, music, video, press quotes, and more. No credit card required, no time limit.
What can I do on the Free plan?
You can build your full EPK, upload a profile image, hero image, and 3 press photos, try every template in preview, and save your work. Publishing requires Pro.
What does Pro unlock?
Pro lets you publish your EPK at encorespot.com/artists/your-name, access the full venue submission directory, use 16 press photos, view anonymous analytics, and get priority support.
How does billing work?
Pro is a digital subscription delivered immediately after checkout. Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year unless canceled. Payments are securely processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and Pro access remains available until the end of the paid billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund requests are reviewed under our Refund Policy. In general, you can request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal when the service has not been materially used or there is a billing or technical issue.
Do I need design skills?
Not at all. The guided editor walks you through each section step by step. Just paste your links, type your bio, and hit publish.
